We share your personal data only where it is needed to fulfil your enquiry or order: with a delivery courier to send your blinds, and — only if you ask for the fitting service — with the fitter attending your property. Data retention

  • Enquiry records: retained for 12 months after last contact, then securely deleted.
  • Order records: retained as long as needed to meet our legal, accounting and warranty obligations.
  • Anonymised analytics data: retained indefinitely in aggregate form.
