Third-party sharing
We share your personal data only where it is needed to fulfil your enquiry or order: with a delivery courier to send your blinds, and — only if you ask for the fitting service — with the fitter attending your property. These providers process the data on our instructions. We do not share your data with advertising networks, social-media platforms, or any other third parties.
Data retention
- Enquiry records: retained for 12 months after last contact, then securely deleted.
- Order records: retained as long as needed to meet our legal, accounting and warranty obligations.
- Anonymised analytics data: retained indefinitely in aggregate form.
